This candy was prepared by Sulpice Debauve to dedicate to the Earl of Talleyrand Perigord, who preside over with the Duke of Choiseul, the wedding in 1821 of his daughter, Elisabeth Laurence Debauve with his nephew, Auguste Gallais.An attractive tasty walnut paste, covered in a dark chocolate and topped with a green walnut kermel. |
